pdf Peculiarities of structure and the conditions of forming the Lower-Middle Devonian Padeya formation, Central Pay-Khoy
An analysis of the largest gas fields, presented in the Cadastre, was conducted. 300 such fields (>75 billion m3), discovered in 52 world basins, were analyzed. Some peculiarities of their distribution by countries, sedimentary basins, geological systems, depth and reservoirs types are established. On the basis of using M. Shoell isotopic-kinetic model and peculiarities of occurrence of gas fields it was concluded about the kitchen-depression mechanism of forming the largest gas, gas-condensate and oil-gas-condensate accumulations on continents and modern continental shell.
Key words: cadastre, largest (unique, giant, large) gas fields, reserves, distribution, forming condition.
