| Procedure of estimating the efficiency of using the state reserves of oil products in commercial purposes | |
| The substantiation and procedure of estimating the economic efficiency of using the state reserve fund of oil products in commercial purposes (for stabilizing the fluctuations in energy resource prices) are proposed. On the basis of the performed economic estimation of the proposed measures and an analysis of the received data some recommendations on the further using and planning the commercial reserve fund of oil products on the territory of the RF North-West are given. Key words: reserve of oil products, system of reserving, procedure of economic estimation. |
