|Commercialization of innovative technologies of hydrocarbon prospecting|
|During their operation research companies of oil and gas industry has accumulated a significant number of new developments, some of which can certainly be considered innovative. Depending on technologies, methods, techniques and specific information resources they must go through the process of selection, adaptation to commercial product, promotion in the market and yielding a profit from its sale.
Most organizations, whose main activity is scientific research, is facing difficulties at the stage of commercialization due to the lack of experience in this kind of work and the lack of specialized departments.
Some experience in creation of criteria for classification of development for innovative and potentially commercially activity has been developed in VNIGRI; this experience may be applied in other organizations of the industry after adaptation.
