| Lithological aspects of the carbonatereservoir rocks study | |
| The main types of carbonate rocks and the conditions of their formation have been considered. The scheme of calc-dolomite rocks classification developed in VNIGRI has been presented. The factors and processes of sedimentation, diagenesis, catagenesis have been discussed as well as their role in the creation of the pore space structure determining rock-and-fluid properties of rocks considering the region’s geotectonic conditions.
