| Historical-analytical review of legislative guaranteeing the efficient use and preservation of helium resources in the USA | |
| The wide-scale development of gas resources in the southern part of the Siberian platform for domestic needs and export to the Asian-Pacific countries is planned since 2015-2017. It demands forcing the solution of problem of preserving helium containing in these gases as a component-admixture. Helium quality and reserves are unique.
The basis for this problem is mainly legislative measures. The efficient helium development and preservation of its reserves also for the future will not be realized without justifying and taking such measures.
The review of legislative guaranteeing the analogous problem taken in the USA even in the 20s of last century is given. It has enabled the USA not only to occupy a leading position in the world on helium production and use but also on storage of a helium reserve in helium-gas-storages.
