| Western Siberian Triassic - phyto stratigraphy and correlation of key sequences | |
| The second part of our study is presented. Paleo-floral characteristics of the Triassic lithostratons are analyzed based on the study of micro-and macrophytofossiles. A comparative analysis of paleobotanical data is carried out; correlative taxa are identified; systematic composition of plant and palyno-complexes, specific for lithostratons of key sequences, is determined. The age of lithostratons is specified, their lateral correlation is established. The features of synchronous hetero-taxa tapho-flora within Western Siberia are described. The correlation schemes of the Triassic key sequences are made; significant break in sedimentation between the Triassic and Jurassic in the northern part of Western Siberia is substantiated.
