| Stratigraphic characteristic of the Upper Devonian deposits in the Kara River middle course (SW Pay-Khoy) | |
| Study of conodonts of the Gureytryvis and Khovratyvis formations in the Kara River basin allows us correlating the first formation with the Frasnian, and the second formation with the uppermost Frasnian - Famennian. The studied sections are considered as reference sequences for prognosis of composition of sequence of the east part of Karataikha depression.
