| A brief analysis of tendencies in current developing the oil and gas resource base in the World and Russia is given. The major kinds of hydrocarbon unconventional sources are considered, their gradation on the degree of reality of their development and demand is carried out, their significance as a hydrocarbon reserve in the World is justified, their importance in the balance of oil and gas resources and reserves for the separate regions of Russia is determined. The complex of necessary measures for preparing to development of unconventional hydrocarbon sources is proposed. Its realization will help to partially compensate for a forming deficiency in Russia oil and gas reserves. Key words: unconventional resources, gas hydrates, heavy oils, water-soluble gases, gases of coal basins, measures on preparing to development, after-crisis period of economic development. |
