| Home classification of oil and combustible gas reserves and resources | |
| Putting the new (2005 year) home “Classification of oil and combustible gas reserves and resources” in force was put off for three years – up to 01.01.2012. There are many reasons for it. However, thorough and distinct statement of these reasons and measures for their removal is absent. It is not clear – what classification will be put in force in January 2012: in former edition, in modified edition or in a new variant.
