pdf  Assessment potential of oil fields being in the late stage of enhanced energy efficiency
The generally importance of enhanced energy efficiency for the oil and gas industry, and especially for Russia as a whole is discussed. Attention is paid to the basic objects of occurrence of energy loss in oil producing objects. The assessment results on various options to optimize costs and increase energy efficiency in a field at a late stage of recovery are presented. An economic model developed by the authors to evaluate the economic potential by increasing energy efficiency is provided.
