| Analysis of the provision of subsurface areas for geological study for the purpose of prospecting and evaluation of hydrocarbon fields | |
| The analysis of the grounds for granting subsurface plots for geological study for the purpose of prospecting and evaluation of hydrocarbon fields has been carried out. Based on the analysis carried out on the territory of the North-Western Federal District, the effectiveness of the geological study of the subsoil at the expense of subsoil users has been proved. The necessity of expanding the territory of the "Application Mechanism" for granting the right to use the subsoil for licenses for geological exploration is substantiated.
