At present, the combination of geology, geophysics and digital methods makes it possible to integrate an extensive base of geological and geophysical data, drilling and field information, which has a positive effect on the integration of computer technologies in the oil and gas industry. Three-dimensional geological modeling increases the detail of geological ideas about the studied hydrocarbon accumulations. Upper and Middle Jurassic carbonate strata in the Bukhara-Khiva are considered petroleum bearing region and in this regard, it is very important to have a complete and most detailed understanding of the geological structure of promising oil and gas areas in order to be able new accumulations. A structural frame and a three-dimensional geological model were built taking into account the fault-block system for the Sherkent-Ruboyi area.
