pdf  Hydrocarbons formation in the Mesozoic deposits of the East-Stavropol Depression
The interpretation of hydrocarbons formation in the East-Stavropol depression and adjacent areas is presented. Paleotectonic and hydrodynamic analysis showed that formation of gas and gas condensate pools in the Lower Cretaceous sediments of East Stavropol Depression and adjacent areas are genetically associated with gaseous hydrocarbon flows from the underlying Jurassic section.
Key words: hydrocarbons, migration, formation, flow, accumulation, East-Stavropol Depression.
