pdf  Application of statistical base method for evaluation of residual reserves of Western Tebuksky and Dzhersky oil fields
The estimation method of residual reserves of depleted oil fields is analyzed on the basis of modification of a known method of geo-pendulum measurements. The possibility of clarifying the oil recovery factor is discussed as far as information on the volume of cumulative production becomes available and in accordance with the actual geological and commercial situation. Two multilayer deposits on the south of the Timan-Pechora oil and gas province with a long operating life were selected as the object of evaluation. The calculations were performed up to obtaining of sustainable result.

pdf  Remote sensing data using for the probability assessment of hydrocarbon traps identification (on example of the southern part of Ukhta-Izhma arch and Omra-Soyva step)
The results of interpretation of space images are used in this paper to estimate the potential of two regions in the south of Timan-Pechora oil-and-gas bearing province. The interpretation of the satellite images resulted in identification of 50 local objects as a predictor of undiscovered structures of hydrocarbon trap type. The calculations showed the increment of discovery probability of new hydrocarbon traps at nearly 1.5 times. It shows a high potential of investment in exploration of these areas.
