pdf Prospects for natural gas production in Eastern Siberia and the Far East, taking into account the peculiarities of the structure and localization of reserves
Structural transformations in the global gas market under the influence of the geopolitical situation are among the most important challenges to Russia energy security. There is a reorientation of export flows to the east, a revision of strategic state and corporate documents of the gas industry with a focus on expanding domestic supplies and gasification. At the same time, the role of the natural gas resource base of Eastern Siberia and the Far East, characterized by a high content of methane and helium homologues, has increased, which is a favorable factor in strengthening gas processing and gas chemistry in Russia.
Systematized data on the structure and localization features of gas reserves in the east of the country, assessed the supply of transport infrastructure with reserves, and substantiated the prospects for gas production taking into account the growing demand for energy from domestic consumers and Asia-Pacific countries. When constructing a gas production forecast, the fields were grouped into local centers characterized by unified systems for collecting and transporting hydrocarbons to end consumers. The level of production of free gas and gas from gas caps in Eastern Siberia and the Far East in 2030 may reach 85.9 billion m3 in 2030 and by 2050 – 95.8 billion m3. The main contribution to the production of free gas will be made by the fields of the Leno-Tunguska oil and gas pipeline, where in 2030 gas production from the fields will amount to 53.5 billion m3 and will continue until 2050.

Keywords: gas production forecast, gas resource base, structure and localization of gas reserves, gasification, Eastern Siberia, Far East.

pdf Sustainable trends in changing the regional structure of oil production in Russia
The article carried out a comprehensive study of sustainable trends in changing the regional structure of oil production in Russia. The analysis of the current state of the oil industry in Russia is carried out taking into account the peculiarities of the transformation of the world energy supply system. The patterns of displacement of oil production centers are analyzed and the stages of oil production development in the country and the deployment of production activity are determined - the North Caucasus, the Volga-Ural, Western Siberia, Eastern Siberia, the Far East, including Sakhalin Island, and the Arctic area. An assessment of the current state of development of the oil industry in Russia is given. The main objects and priority tasks of prospecting, exploration and development of oil fields are highlighted. It is shown that the existing oil resource volume allows predicting fairly optimistic levels of oil production, however, the actual volume of oil production will depend on the buget allocation and volume of geological exploration, as well as the level of development of technologies for the developing of unconventional sources of hydrocarbons, especially oil from the Bazhenov Formation. The authors studied the prospects and made a forecast of changes in the regional structure of oil production in Russia for the long term.
