The paper presents the results of the lithological analysis of the Jurassic reservoir terrigenous strata on the Dengizkul Uplift and adjacent territories to establish the changes in their porosity and permeability values.
The distribution patterns of reservoir rocks, represented by psammitic rocks with good filtration capacity, and clay strata that can serve as a seal and contribute to the preservation of hydrocarbon accumulations, are established to determine the effective directions of geological exploration activity.

At present, the combination of geology, geophysics and digital methods makes it possible to integrate an extensive base of geological and geophysical data, drilling and field information, which has a positive effect on the integration of computer technologies in the oil and gas industry. Three-dimensional geological modeling increases the detail of geological ideas about the studied hydrocarbon accumulations.
Upper and Middle Jurassic carbonate strata in the Bukhara-Khiva are considered petroleum bearing region and in this regard, it is very important to have a complete and most detailed understanding of the geological structure of promising oil and gas areas in order to be able new accumulations. A structural frame and a three-dimensional geological model were built taking into account the fault-block system for the Sherkent-Ruboyi area.
