pdf Hydrocarbon resources potential and development prospects of the Behring Sea shelf and the Pacific Ocean joining the Eastern Kamchatka onshore area
The article highlights the main results of regional geological exploration carried out in the last decade in the Pre-Pacific petroleum province - offshore Behring Sea and the Pacific Ocean joining the Eastern Kamchatka onshore area .
Comparative assessment of hydrocarbons resources potential of this region is made based on the results of the research, that allowed to justify further directions of exploration.

Keywords: hydrocarbon resources potential, Pre-Pacific petroleum province, offshore Bering Sea, Pacific Ocean, Eastern Kamchatka onshore area.

pdf Regional hydrocarbon potential of the Far East in the XXI century: exploration results and trends in subsoil use
The conventional object of study - the Far East - is expanded due to the adjacent waters of the territorial sea. The current state of the regional hydrocarbon potential is determined by the results of the annual monitoring of regional and exploration activities. The long-term trends in subsoil are determined according to the monitoring results of exploration carried out in this century. Surface exploration are characterized by a very low efficiency in this century. The land and water areas within the land-sea basins, including the territorial sea, have been and remain the priority areas of subsoil use in the region.

Keywords: subsoil use, licensing, hydrocarbons, oil, gas, territorial sea, regional and exploration activities, drilling, seismic surveys.

pdf  Prospective hydrocarbon resources of the Far East region: problems of preparation, accounting and confirmability
The results of current oil and gas exploration of the land and offshore areas of the Far East region are thought to be poor nowadays. The necessity of making significant adjustments to the conventional framework of oil and gas exploration and scientific and methodological support of these works has been identified in the region. It has been proposed to assess the practical significance of the most prospective fields – i.e. structures long prepared for exploration drilling having C3 resources estimate.
Key words: hydrocarbons, local structures, fields prepared for drilling, prospective resources, C3 category, revision, oil and gas land and offshore areas, the Far Eastern region.

pdf  Fund of local objects, the Far Eastern region
The fund of local objects revealed on the territory of the Far Eastern region as a result of conducting many years exploration, mainly in the Soviet period, is highly considerable. Most of the objects were prepared for drilling, and more than one third of them were drilled. As a result, 74 fields, mainly on the territory of the Sakhalin oblast, were discovered. In the Chukot AO and Kamchatka Kray drilling efficiency was not high. At present, 250 local objects are prepared for deep drilling. On the one hand, they are the major reserve of hydrocarbon reserve growth in this region, on the other hand, this reserve demands conducting a thorough analysis and revision.
Key words: local object, field, object prepared for drilling.
