The article deals with stratigraphical indexing of the Lower and Middle Jurassic productive levels developed in the northeastern part of the West Siberian petroleum province. Based on lithological division and detailed correlation of borehole sections, sandy levels were identified and indexed in the Lower-Middle Jurassic section of the western part of the Yenisei-Khatanga regional trough and adjacent areas. It is shown that Lower and Middle Jurassic sandy levels require establishing their own stratotypes in oil and gas bearing regions located within separate facies zones (marine and continental sedimentogenesis) of the Western Siberian Jurassic sedimentary basin. Stratotype sections for sandy beds from the YuE reservoir group are proposed.

At present, there is no general theoretical and methodological basis for complex processing of log data of the Bazhenov Formation, including the lithological interpretation. The paper is devoted to the development of the methodology for lithological interpretation of log data (SKL complexes) in the intervals of non-traditional reservoirs of the Bazhenov Formation. According to logs, taking into account the results of lithological and geochemical studies of core samples, volumetric models of the relative content of the rock-building components of the Bazhenov Formation and the Lower Tutlem Formation were constructed in the sections of more than three dozen wells in the central regions of the Western Siberia. On the basis of the new rocks classification of the Bazhenov Formation, the main lithological types are highlighted by the ratio of the four rock-buiding components. A scheme for the correlation of the sections of the Bazhenov Formation and the Lower Tutlem Formation was constructed for volumetric models and selected lithological rock types, and features of the lateral structure alteration were noted.

pdf  The changes of physico-chemical properties patterns of oil and condensate belonging to Tyumen and Malyshev Formations (Western Siberia petroleum Province)
Due to the growing interest of subsoil users in recent years towards the prospects of the oil and gas potential of the Middle Jurassic, the regularities of the change in the properties of hydrocarbon fluids (density, viscosity, gas factor, sulfur, paraffins, tar and asphaltenes) from oil and gas Yu2-Yu4 reservoir units - Tyumen and Malyshev Formations. The results of a comparative analysis of the basic physico-chemical characteristics of hydrocarbon fluids are presented. Variation maps in the physicochemical properties of oil and condensates have been constructed within the entire area of the oil and gas potential of the Bathonian reservoir on the Western Siberia territory.
