pdf  Identification of the hydrocarbon deposit in the East Siberian Sea by using of the reflected and refracted seismic waves
The refracted waves for processing and interpretation of the marine seismic materials are proposed to use. Dynamic section of the refracted waves was built along the reference profile laid in the East Siberian Sea. The surface structure of the basement was clarified and large low-velocity anomaly was identified, which may be caused by oil and gas deposit. In order to test this assumption, AVO attributes were calculated and angel stacks were built, thus proving the presence of the hydrocarbons in the study area.
Key words: East Siberian Sea, refracted waves, hydrocarbon, deposit, seismic section, AVO analyses.
