| The find of the foraminifera Tournayellina beata pseudobeata Reitlingerer et Kulagina in the Lower Carboniferous of the Pechora ridge | |
| It is said about the find of the Tournayellina beata pseudobeata Reitlingerer et Kul. in the Lower Carboniferous of the Pechora ridge (Timan-Pechora province). This taxon is known only in some localities of the world: southern Urals, northern France, Czechia. The finds located in the Patrognathus crassus conodont zone and characterizing the upper part of the taxon stratigraphic range are considered. Facies control on distribution of the T. beata pseudobeata is also considered. This subspecies occurs in the peloidal pack- and grainstones of the Y facies zone and transition to the Z facies zone by Irvin (1965).
