pdf Paleogeographic reconstructions of Jurassic strata of Western Siberia
Based on the integration of geological and geophysical data, the facies and sedimentation environments of the Jurassic strata of Western Siberia were determined. As a result, paleogeographic maps were created for the Lower Jurassic (Late Toarcian), Middle Jurassic (Bajocian, Bathonian, Callovian) and Upper Jurassic (Oxfordian, Kimmeridgian) oil and gas structures.
New research carried out at the modern level has made it possible to significantly clarify and detail the general picture of paleogeographical development and to identify the stages of evolution of the Jurassic sedimentation basin for the entire territory of West Siberia petroleum province. Facies that are promising for the formation of non-structural hydrocarbon traps have been identified.

pdf Facial-paleogeographic reconstructions of the Valanginian-Hauterivian strata belonging to the Lower Cretaceous Gydan Peninsula and the western part of the Yenisei-Khatanga regional foredeep
Paleogeographic reconstructions were carried out, sedimentation models were determined, and facies-paleogeographic maps were constructed for the Valanginian-Hauterivian clinoform structures of the Lower Cretaceous of the Gydan Peninsula and the western part of the Yenisei-Khatanga foredeep based on the facies interpretation of the core, well logging and using seismic data. Revealed sedimentation criteria for the development of reservoir rocks. The distribution of rocks with improved reservoir properties is confined to the zones of development of facies of river channel shoals, accumulative sandy bodies of the coastal-marine zone, delta channels, delta fans and turbidites.

pdf  The influence of lithogenesis processes on reservoirs formation in Lower Permian deposits of Kochmess field, Timan-Pechora Province
The conditions and factors affecting the reservoirs formation in the Lower Permian carbonate sediments of the Kochmess field are considered. As a result of the research, the main lithological types of rocks and facies were identified on the basis of complex interpretation of core and logging, the sequence of Early Permian sedimentation was determined, the influence of post-sedimentation processes on the formation of reservoir properties was established. Based on the results of complex lithologic-petrographic and petrophysical study, the types of reservoirs of the Lower Permian deposits were determined; the regularities of the changes in the filtration-capacity properties of various genetic types of rocks were revealed.

The methodical techniques of divisions of carbonate section and distinguishing of biogenic buildups in the Silurian and Devonian sediments on the basis of a comprehensive facial interpretation of the core and geophysical studies in wells are presented on the example of A. Titov field in the northeast of Khoreyver depression, Timan-Pechora province. This allowed us to trace the stages of development of organogenous buildiups in the Silurian-Devonian period. Oil flow to the field took place from the Lower Devonian carbonate reservoirs associated with organogenous buildiups.
