Stratigraphy and lithology of shale section of Kukruse Formation (Ordovician) - a source of unconventional hydrocarbons the west of Leningrad area | |
Stratigraphic characteristics and lithological structure of shale section of Kukruse Formation on the west of Leningrad area are presented. Eight sections of this formation in which we found a significant amount of faunal remains are described; the possibility of their use for the division and correlation of the layer sections is assessed.
