| Fractured rocks and the basics of oil and gas fractured reservoirs’ search developed in VNIGRI | |
| The early history of the study of fractured reservoirs origin and development by VNIGRI in the 50-80s of the 20th century, has been considered. The key provisions of the theory have been presented. The scientific and practical achievements due to the integrated approach to the problem of a large team of VNIGRI’s staff under Professor E.M. Smekhov have been described. Key words: fractures, fractured reservoir, micro-cracks, oil recovery, poor-porous rock. |
