The structure and characteristics forecast of the pre-Jurassic’s reservoir rocks on one of studied area of the Elizarov trough of the Frolov megadepression according to 3D seismic data in the absence of borehole information | |
The results of interpretation and prediction of reservoirs for the pre-Jurassic section based on the data of wide-azimuth 3D seismic survey at one of the area of Elizarov trough are presented. In the absence of borehole information, the heterogeneity of the structure is shown by analogy with neighboring fields. A synchronous ABA-inversion was performed, taking into account the block structure of the pre-Jurassic section. Interbeds of volcanogenic reservoirs are predicted in the Permian-Triassic strata. New data about the reservoirs genesis in Pay-Yakha petroleum field and perspectives of their oil potential relating to Lower Yenisey Province | |
Based on complex lithologic-petrographic, seismostratigraphic and geochemical criteria, the basics of the oil-bearing forecast for sandstone accumulations of Achimov type belonging to Shuratov Formation on the territory of the Lower Yenisey petroleum bearing area (Yenisey-Khatanga petroleum Province - Krasnoyarsk region) are formulated. Priority search objects are planned, similarity in geology to the Pay-Yakha large petroleum field.
